On the day of the presentation, you can log in to your personal Bay East on Demand dashboard to access the class. If you're new to our platform and have yet to take a class or attend an event through Bay East on Demand, you will receive an email with instructions on creating your password to navigate the system. CANCELLATION POLICY: By cancelling your registration less than 24 hours before the class or arriving more than 15 minutes late, you forfeit your registration fee. Bay East reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to lack of registration.
