This is a 3-hour course that meets the NAR Code of Ethics training requirement mandating that all REALTORS® must complete a Code of Ethics training every three years. This course will cover the following:
- History of the Code of Ethics,
- Business Ethics, NAR Code of Ethics, and Pathways to Professionalism,
- Enforcement of the Code of Ethics,
- Concepts of Procuring Cause in Arbitration, and
- Summaries and Case Studies of Selected Articles of the Code of Ethics.

On the day of the presentation, you can log in to your personal Bay East on Demand dashboard to access the class.
