REALTOR®/MLS MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

General Information

  • This application may be used for the three (3) types of membership listed below.
  • Fees and payment information associated with each type of membership are reflected on page 11 of this application.
  • The annual billing period for the local REALTOR® dues allocation and MLS fees is July 1 through June 30. Fees may be prorated depending on the month you join.

For REALTOR® Only Membership

  • Broker or Broker Designee signature as Designated REALTOR® is required on page 5 of this application.
  • If you email or fax your application, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 to 48 hours that your application has been processed.
  • You will be required to complete the New Member Orientation and the NAR Ethics Course.
  • Orientation information will be included with your membership confirmation. 

For REALTOR® and MLS Membership  

  • Once submitted a copy of your application will be sent to Broker of Record for signature and approval
  • If you email or fax your application, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 to 48 hours confirming your application has been processed.
  • You will be required to complete the New Member/New MLS Orientation, a NAR Ethics Course and MLS/Paragon Training Class, the information will be sent to you via email

For MLS Only Membership

  • Once submitted a copy of your application will be sent to Broker of Record for signature and approval
  • If you email or fax your application, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 to 48 hours confirming your application has been processed.  You will be required to complete the MLS New Member Orientation and the MLS/Paragon Training Class.  The information will be sent to you via email.
