In this interactive class, participants will learn about the systematic process of listing a home including all the required tasks before placing a listing onto MLS, the required tasks during a listing and all of the tasks after a listing is sold. Through discussion and practical exercises, participants will learn what to do and not do when listing a home, including what Apps should be utilized to save agent’s time and headaches.
